Infant Feeding Survey
Do you have a baby under six months old? We want to hear from you!
We are doing a study to learn about how people feed their babies in the first six months. We're also asking about any help you received with feeding. We're doing this study to learn if families are getting the support they need. This will help us improve services for new parents and babies in our community.

How to participate
- To enroll, call us at 705-474-1400 Ext. 5351.
- The survey link will be emailed to you when your baby is six months old.
- Open the link and complete the survey online!
Our phone line is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed on evenings, weekends and statutory holidays. If you leave us a message, we will get back to you as soon as possible!
