IMPORTANT: Seasonal influenza is recommended for all individuals 6 months of age and older.
12 Months of Age
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella
- Meningococcal Disease (Men C-C)
- Pneumococcal Disease (pneumonia)
IMPORTANT: The measles, mumps, rubella vaccine and the meningococcal vaccine must be given AFTER the first birthday.
15 Months of Age
- Varicella (chicken pox)
18 Months of Age

4-6 Years of Age
