Contact your health care provider, physician, midwife, nurse practitioner or obstetrician if you are not feeling yourself and wondering if you may be experiencing a mood change during pregnancy or after having a baby. Perinatal Psychiatric consultation is available through the Ontario Telemedicine (tele-psychiatry) Program to all Ontario Primary Health Care Providers (Family MD, NP, etc.).
