Online Prenatal Education
Public Health Sudbury & Districts has an online prenatal course available at no cost.
This online program will teach you about your pregnancy, the first hours after birth, feeding your baby and life with your new baby and keeping your baby safe.

North Bay Parry Sound District Community Supports

- Health Connect Ontario (Formerly Telehealth) provides health information including breastfeeding support, healthy eating and smoking cessation assistance. Call 1-800-797-0000 to speak to a Registered Nurse by telephone 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Unlockfood.ca provides information on nutrition, food and healthy eating as well as recipes, videos and interactive healthy eating tools.
