Mental health is shaped by relationships, communities, and the systems around us. This dashboard highlights key influences on mental health in the Health Unit region, including housing, food access, community belonging and relationships.
It provides context for mental health beyond illness, focusing on safety, support, and the conditions that promote healing and resilience across individuals, families, and communities.

The Muskoka, Nipissing, and Parry Sound Child and Youth Planning Table and the Muskoka, Nipissing and Parry Sound Data Collaborative are working together to make population health and well-being data more accessible to the community.
They have already launched two Social Determinants of Health dashboards, and will being releasing more as they are developed.
