- To report a tobacco-related offence on or near a school property in Ontario under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act (SFOA), 2017, complete the School Report of Offence form English or French version. This form is used to notify a Tobacco Enforcement Officer, who will then initiate an investigation and determine appropriate next steps, such as education, issuing a warning, or a ticket.
