Enforcement Actions

Enforcement actions are taken by Public Health Inspectors and Tobacco Enforcement Officers in response to violations of Ontario regulations or health hazard conditions. These actions include issuance of tickets, summons or closures to businesses or individuals as part of a progressive enforcement approach. The following information is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the Ontario Public Health Standards and its associated protocols.
