Revitalize the committee following the move to 345 Oak Street West. Hold regular quarterly meetings.

General Public invited to Grand Opening on June 27, 2018. Health Unit management to host Open House for General Public.

Feedback was given regarding the building. Generally the feedback was positive.

Clarify for Reception what constitutes service animals, in particular, ”Therapy Animals and Emotional Animals”. Finance Program Administrative Assistant to create guidance document for reception areas.

Will avoid any confusion for staff for access to premises.

Staff to take an AODA refresher training on 24/7. Finance Program Administrative Assistant to connect with Human Resources to set up.

Recertification training vs. new staff training.

AODA training for those who provide service on behalf of the organization.

Request for Proposals will reflect AODA requirements.

Brochure used (for training those who provide service on behalf of the organization) requires updating and training; process needs to be confirmed and initiated in consultation with Human Resources.
