Online Prenatal Education
Public Health Sudbury & Districts has an online prenatal course available at no cost.
This online program will teach you about your pregnancy, the first hours after birth, feeding your baby and life with your new baby and keeping your baby safe.
Once registered you can learn at your own pace from the comfort of your home. Access the Public Health Sudbury & Districts Online Prenatal course registration. If you have any questions about your pregnancy or the program please call Family Health Information Line 1-800-563-2808 ext. 5351
North Bay Parry Sound District Community Supports
For support and information:

- Call the Family Health Information Line 1-800-563-2808 ext. 5351 or email healthy.families@healthunit.ca to talk to a Public Health Nurse for prenatal information, growth and development, and infant feeding.
- Telehealth Ontario provides health information including breastfeeding support, healthy eating and smoking cessation assistance. Call 1-800-797-0000 to speak to a Registered Nurse by telephone 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Unlockfood.ca provides information on nutrition, food and healthy eating as well as recipes, videos and interactive healthy eating tools.
