NIPISSING & PARRY SOUND, ON – Effective May 20, 2021 the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) will implement a COVID-19 vaccine standby list for individuals wanting their first vaccine dose. NORTH BAY, ON – The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) has confirmed that a member of the main site of Garderie Soleil child care centre community has tested positive for COVID-19. PARRY SOUND, ON – The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) is pleased to announce, in partnership with the Town of Parry Sound, a community sharps bin has been installed in Parry Sound. When used sharps are discarded improperly, such as in recycling, garbage or even in a public place, it is often the result of not having a place to properly dispose of them.
