NIPISSING & PARRY SOUND, ON – The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) is issuing an advisory to individuals who have arrived in the Health Unit district from the Mary River Mine Site of Baffinland Iron Mines Corporation in Nunavut since April 15, 2021, and have not already been contacted by the Health Unit. NIPISSING ET PARRY SOUND (ONTARIO) – Nous rappelons au public que les camps récréatifs de jour et de nuit ne sont pas encore autorisés à ouvrir leurs portes. Les exploitants de camps d’été peuvent se préparer, mais ne peuvent pas encore recevoir de campeurs.

Public Service Announcement: Recreational Day and Overnight Camps Not Yet Allowed to Open

NIPISSING & PARRY SOUND – A reminder that at this point in time, recreational day and overnight camps are not permitted. Summer camp operators can prepare in advance, but camps are not yet approved to operate.

The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit will share up-to-date information and guidelines, and also review operator plans upon request to ensure the public health measures align with the guidelines, once opening is announced.
