PARRY SOUND, ON - The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) has declared a COVID-19 outbreak at the McDonald’s restaurant in the Town of Parry Sound after four of the restaurant employees tested positive for COVID-19. To date, two of the four individuals have a preliminary positive test result for a COVID-19 Variant of Concern.

News Release: Health Unit Confirms No Risk to School Community After a Member of St. Theresa Catholic School Community Tests Positive for COVID-19

NORTH BAY, ON – The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit (Health Unit) is confirming that a member of the St. Theresa Catholic School community has tested positive for COVID-19. Through case management and contact tracing, it was determined that there is no risk to the school community, as the individual was not on premises during their infectious period.
