Smokers’ Helpline

Check out www.smokershelpline.ca for proven, free and personalized tools to help you quit smoking. Trained Smokers’ Helpline staff can support you with your quit plan and provide you with tips and strategies to make your quit successful. You can even keep track of how much money you have saved and how much health you have gained when you have quit smoking. Smokers’ Helpline also provide phone and text support. You can call 1-877-513-5333 to get set up.
