Always Changing (OPHEA): resource for teaching pre-teens (grades 5 and 6) about the adolescent growth and development, and personal hygiene. This resource is directly linked to the Healthy Living strand in the Health and Physical Education Curriculum. 

Sexual Health Education and Resources (The Sex Information & Education Council of Canada): Includes sexually transmitted infection (STI) fact sheets, Canadian Guidelines for Sexual Health Education, Sexual Orientation in Schools and numerous other related materials.

Sex & U (Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada): takes a real-life approach to the questions and issues around sex and offers accurate and credible up-to-date information about sex, lifestyle choices, contraception awareness, sexually transmitted infections and reproductive health.
