Climate Changes Everything - Dr. Saxe

Dr. Dianne Saxe was the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario (ECO), a tough but fair watchdog over Ontario’s environmental, energy and climate performance, and guardian of the Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993 (EBR). Dr. Saxe’s last report, A Healthy, Happy, Prosperous Ontario, spoke to why Ontario needs more energy conservation. On April 9 in North Bay, Dr. Saxe addressed Ontario and Canada’s current climate, energy and environmental situation.
